Very nice helpful people. Food was good and they managed to feed 19 of us with exactly what we wanted and labeled it all up with made it really easy for us as a big group.

Tremendous chippy. Lovely staff on a Frisay evening, not the cheapest fast food place. However, I'd rather have good quality the frozen, preformed rubbish ships. These are real 'chipped' on site spuds. Holland's pies and home made pies.

Large fish, chips and mushy peas with a cup of tea, delicious. Very friendly staff. Go here if you get chance.

I almost didn’t come here because of the reviews, but I had a decent small fish and chip lunch - wrapped ‘open’ so I could eat it on the nearby benches. Carefully cooked, though still use polystyrene trays. Confusingly the tables inside are for putting outside in fine weather. B…More reviews

Confusingly the tables inside are for putting outside in fine weather. But this summer hasn’t been especially fine. £7.20 for small cod with small chips, but Buxton is a tourist attraction. (This shop is also known as Coach House, it seems)- Service

Terrible, I was sent here by locals that IT Is good here :( . My mistake, I have not checked the Google review. Small portion, bad taste, and I was cheated for 3,75£, I paid for 3 chips, but in bag there were just 2! Thanks, I haven't been in UK fór ten years...very nice "welcome"

No idea of hygiene had to wait 20 min to get table cleared tables so large that people had to order and then stand outside to wait
